The Creator's Final Lifeline To The Obstinate Nations

Though we are forbidden from interfering with the destruction of the current global civilization.  We however, have been authorized to help evacuate the innocents and the penitents; as well as to offer our service as consultant to any nation willing to repent (to help them survive/pass the final test).  This lifeline is not without cost to these repentant nations.  The remuneration for this consulting service is 330,000 acres of "mountainous" land per largest subdivision of a nation territorries. (For example: If a nation largest subdivision is by states, then it will be 330,000 acres per state.  If a nation largest subdivision is by regions, then it will be 330,000 acres per region.)  The remunerated land are to be recognized as sovereign land, free from all current man-made jurisdictions, laws, and taxations.  It must be "mountainous" land that are devoid of any form of waste dumping, (be it radioactive waste dumping, toxic waste dumping, or human waste/trash dumping, etc...).  It must also be free of any conflicts (i.e. not in a war zone), and free of any contesting claims (unless all contesting nations involved unanimously agree to yield that land).

In addition, the penitent nation is to supply along with the remunerated land enough resources; in the form of tools, machineries, and supplies needed to seed a community per largest subdivision.

The people of the penitent nations that remunerated the lands shall commit to being peaceful and friendly to those who will be living in those lands.  The penitent nations shall not knowingly or unknowingly, nor shall they overtly or covertly interfere/undermine the development of communities within those remunerated lands.

A repentant nation must understand that you are not making a covenant with us.  You are making a covenant with the Creator.  We of the Community ARK Project serve as liaison between the Creator and the penitent nation, to bridge the intelligence and communication gap.  Know that you are re-establishing the Everlasting Covenant with the Creator.  Which is a Life For Life covenant.  You are donating land and resources so that poor and destituted people can sustain their life; in return for this act of mercy, the Creator will show mercy to the penitent nation by granting you access to knowledge and understanding so that you can preserve your life by passing the final test (via our consultation).  The remunerated land serve as a token of this covenant, i.e. a receipt/warranty of the covenant.  As long as the sovereignty of the remunerated land is not violated by a particular penitent nation.  As long as the people living in those land are not harass nor exploited.  And as long as the penitent nation remains penitent, then this Covenant of Life For Life (i.e. Everlasting Covenant) will remain standing with that particular nation.

Understand that the Creator don't have to offer this final lifeline.  He/She could just turn everything to ashes and start anew.  This final lifeline offer is a test, to see if a particular penitent nation understands and is capable of showing mercy, generosity, and humility.
